Turmeric is a spice grown in Indian and other tropical regions of Asia.it is known as one of the ingredients used to make curry. it comes from the root of the Curcuma longa plant. it has been used for long years as a powerful anti-inflammatory in both Chinese and Indian medicines and used to treat various conditions like flatulence, jaundice, menstrual pains, toothaches, bruises, chest pains.

Some studies also show that Turmeric may help to fight infections, and some cancers and also useful in treating digestive problems.
